| - Home town feel with big city care. I went to the ER early afternoon on a Wednesday and was admitted. It did not appear to be busy. I was in such pain, I could not attend to the paperwork.
A huge thank you to: admission desk gal, admitting Dr., Vicki in registration, Dr. Evans, RNs: Danielle, Natalie, Briana, (Go Steelers), Melanie, and Courtney, the lovely gal w the orange folder, housekeeping, (u made me laugh) Techs Tremaine and Ashley, the meal preps and deliverers. You all gave SUPERB care and when under your watch, I felt safe, confident and very grateful for your skill, integrity and compassion.
The facility is beautiful, very clean and comfortable. I understand there are 16 beds. The view from my room was a million dollar view and an edible flower presented on my dinner tray. The toilets don't flush well. The triage area could be more private. The fellow who took my personal info lacked discretion and compassion.
Overall, a wonderful experience under not wonderful circumstances which is more than I could have hoped for. I'd feel very good bringing someone I love here, once they get past the triage guy who does the initial bp, weight, etc. mentioned above.
