  • Ask for Anne West! Anne West was amazing! We got off to a rocky start due to communicating only via e-mail (miscommunication, not her fault) but later worked together well. She was very accommodating and thorough. I never felt like she was playing games or giving us the run-around. She was great, seek her out and you will not be unhappy with her level of service. If it was completely up to her to see the whole thing through, we would be rating this experience 5 stars. Now onto J.J. Jaramillo who was our finance person. He outright lied to us, saying we were required to buy GAP as part of the loan. He said "that is the way the loan is written." When I specifically asked if we would be denied the loan if we rejected GAP insurance, he said yes. He even got upset when I gave push back regarding the issue, acting as though I was being ignorant. He said that because of our credit situation, the bank required it. Nonsense! I waited a week and called the bank, knowing this wasn't right and verified that it was not a requirement. It has been cancelled and hopefully he doesn't see a cent of that money. Be careful with the finance department and stand your ground on questionable charges or things that don't sound right. J.J. Jaramillo, you're the reason dealerships have a bad rep! Thank you Annie! Ask for Anne West! Tell her I sent you if you would like.
