  • This is my second review of Collins Comfort Masters, having purchased my second HVAC unit recently. This company has had my business since 2005, and I've never been disappointed. Consistently outstanding customer service and quality AC equipment. My sales consultant was Neil Chrisney, who assessed our needs and delivered a very attractive quote. Nice guy and a good sales demeanor; no "hard sell" stuff, which is always a plus when purchasing big ticket items. It was a pleasure dealing with him. Our installers were Anthony and Armando, who arrived on time and completed the work in about six hours (we also had the AC ducting tested and sealed for better unit performance). Very pleasant and efficient. In a climate like Phoenix, it's important to have an AC company you can trust in a pinch, and Collins fits the bill on all counts. They're the only ones we deal with, and always recommend them to anyone who needs HVAC sales and service. Good outfit.
