  • I have always loved Discount tire. Excellent pricing, usually quick service, and good quality tires. Unfortunately my latest experience didn't quite live up to my past experiences. I made an appointment for a tire rotation, arrived on time, and still waited more than 45 minutes for them to even start. I'm not sure what the point is in making an appointment if you wait such an outrageous amount of time for something that takes 5-10 minutes. I would hope they will take care of appointments before walk-in customers in the future.
