  • We made a last minute reservation for my birthday. I am a SPG member so it originally made sense to stay here for my points. Upon check in I mentioned to Ruth at the front desk that it is my birthday on Monday, she told me happy birthday. We went up to the room, the view was amazing of downtown and you can see all the way past camelback...the bed is comfortable and the shower has a rainfall head. There was a knock on the door, and Ruth had sent up wine to wish me a Happy Birthday with a card that she wrote herself. They gave us a 4pm check out which I appreciated very much! We will definitely stay here again.
