  • Wish I could give zero stars! They did not do anything as they promised. The maids who showed up late didn't speak English and didn't finish what I'd asked, probably because they didn't understand most of what I said. I spent my entire time holding for the guy at customer service who is telling everyone on yelp to call him personally for help. It was truly a waste of money and just more stress to deal with. I've tried Mollymaids since and am much happier but honestly any maid service would be better than this one.. Two thumbs down!!
