Overpriced and underwhelming. Came here on a busy Saturday night with some friends who were in town. At first we wanted to eat inside but it was such a cluster trying to figure out who to see about a table, who was waiting to be seated, who was waiting just to leave their name for a seat. I realize that Saturday nights on the Vegas strip are busy no matter where you go but it just seemed like there was no structure or organization here. Servers and bussers were running around, the hostess was nowhere to be found and after standing there for a good 5 minutes without so much as a hello from anyone, we decided to just go to the outside window and order.
The line was long but moved pretty quickly. We each got a frozen hot chocolate. All I can say is that although it was good, in no way, shape or form was it worth $12. I suppose you go for the ambiance so had we been able to get properly noticed inside and had been able to enjoy it there, it may have been worth the cost. However, being completely ignored by the employees and having to wait outside in the cold for a $12 drink that I'm quite certain I could have made just as well at home is NOT my idea of a hit out of the park. Save your money, time and hassle by going somewhere else or at the very least check this place out at a less crowded time.
