I was warned that this school wasn't going to be as good as the one I came from, and it was somewhat true. The area is beautiful and more safer than other parts of Las Vegas, but you still have to keep an eye out for unwanted trouble while the police do the best they can. Counselors and student workers were very friendly right away whenever you needed help. In my opinion, the teachers were strange in their choice of examples but overall they were very nice people, although questionable through e-mail. You can hardly blame them because you wonder where the money you paid is being spent, since obviously not even the computer department has better computers than the local college that their Internet unfortunately goes down as you're about to submit your original homework. The school offers a great environment with cool people to meet, and if you're lucky unlike me, they will have exactly the major you have been dreaming about learning. I still think security needs to be made a priority at this campus with police contact information in every classroom like one of my classes. I just wish to have known about their online degrees before starting, just to have a second option ...but they might still be working on it. After all, It's what you make out of it and who you are that matters. Thanks!
