  • BE AWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There new location is on 3280 w sunset las vegas, nv 89119! read all the other reviews and stay away from this people! everything that was said here is all true! when i made the order for my transmission with them, the owner Dave offer me a 12 month/12,000 miles warranty for the part, and offer a discount on the overall price (of the transmission + shipping fee) if i pay in cash, in a way of writing in the receipt that i'm paying for labor and there is no tax on labor according to the owner Dave, so he explained it to me as a discount. not fully understanding but happy with any discount i can get, i paid in cash and went on my way with a hand made receipt the Dave gave me as an excuse for the having a computer issues. it was ok with me since it said what i order, the amount i paid in cash and the warranty details. the order was made on Thursday the 02/03/15 and was due to deliver on Saturday of that week (02/07/15). since the business fail to supply on time and been ducking my phone calls ever since, i had to take a day off from work on Thursday the 02/10/15 just to go there my self and demand a refund. the owner said he wont refund me and that the transmission on the way and should be here soon, so i can either wait for it or go away but money i wont get back! i waited for the transmission for a few hour's and when it finally got there, the owner didn't want to give me the trany until i'm gonna pay extra shipping fee and tax on top of that and that is only because i threat him with going to the IRS for the tax trick that he pulled. i was willing to pay just to get it over it and the owner took advantage of that so i gave all the cash that i had and my credit card for the rest. the owner then didn't want to bill me with anything other than cash! i had to call to a friend that will bring cash with him from the other side of town to pay an extra $240! when i finally got my receipt it said that i have no warranty at all! and he instruct me to go out back and wait for his guys to take the trany out for me. he made me wait out back, in the sun for an additional 50 more minuets. this place is shady, it has one logo outside and another on the inside.
