  • I went here because it was close to my home. I didn't do any research on line (my fault) because I had heard decent things about them from people that I knew. The visit was extremely rushed, and I was told to come back for a follow up in a week. I still don't know why, as nothing was done at the follow up. All this could be overlooked until I got my bill in. My insurance covers well-woman visits 100% but because I had a UTI (they asked me to give a sample, I didn't ask to get tested) and because I asked a question about an IUD, it was coded as a high risk appointment. They billed me for two appointments in one day, one as a standard yearly visit and the other for the UTI/birth control discussion. This is completely unacceptable and highly unethical. I will not be returning here and I encourage others to just avoid them completely.
