  • My unit was up for auction, I am bad about regularly checking my dmail, that's all my fault. I didn't first decline to pay the discounted ammount, an hour after I saw that email I paid it, no offer was ever declined. And anyway, me being behind on jmy payments, and the fact it was up for auction is not a factor in the issue at hand. It doesn't matter how behind I was, none of my belongings should be missing. Period. Or was that something I overlooked in the contract?.if my payments are in the rear and I may possibly lose my belongings, employees of the storage facility then have the right to go through my stuff and take what they want. ?? I don't think that was part of the deal..and btw nobody ever gave me a lock for my unit, I provided my own lock. And actually when I once lost my key, not only was I not allowed to cut off my own lock, I was also charged $50 to have my lock cut off for me and I again supplied my own lock. Ad I'm really ktnsure what the no good deed go unpunished remark is about. Not sure what good deed u feel u did. All you've done in regards to this situation is your job, and seeing as how i was a little down on my luck I ended up in a position where someone in charge of something such as yourself was able to take advantage that. Congratulations. I'd hardly call that a good deed, the opposite in fact
