  • My friends and I were exploring the Underground City for the day and found ourselves in need of a break from walking, so we decided to go to the movies. The location is great since there is access from the Underground City near the food court area. Purchasing tickets was hassle free because there were self-serve ticket kiosks for credit card purchases and cashiers at a ticket counter for cash purchases. I'm taking a star off my review simply because it was a busy Saturday afternoon and there were only 2 cashiers for about 20 people in line: one cashier was being hassled by a large group of elderly women with coupons. In other words, there was one cashier serving customers making the line move extremely slow. Otherwise, the place was great! It appeared that most if not all their theaters were in IMAX format making the 12,99$ CAD ticket worth it. (Comparing this to the standard $12 USD ticket in the states) The place is multi-story with 5 floors, a few snack bars, and a lounge area, too. The place was clean, staff was friendly, bathrooms were clean: nothing more you could ask for from a movie theater. If you're looking for something to do when you're in the Underground City or in the area, definitely consider watching a movie here.
