  • Overcharging and unless you are there to supervise the work it doesn't get done. Also pool cleaner was removed from pool when we enquired about its whereabouts we were told it needed repairs... Our new Hayward disappeared and some old rebuilt model has been put back in its place. When we ask about it we are told we are wrong thats not what we had??? When you politely terminate service with notice you receive the "all I have done for you" guilt trip . Customer Beware.
