  • Good food, bad service. Good service in a restaurant chain is really hard to find. Their cookie cutter food recipe is mostly awesome. Tables are not sturdy and hostess was unimpressed when I asked to switch tables. It doesn't take much to smile when customers are inconvenienced right? Right? The biscuit? Yum! The pasta? Double yum. Shrimps? Hail to the shrimps! The food compensated for the lousy service. The servers wanted to kick us out after a while. The more people in restaurants the better. Overall, I felt I was just a number. A customer for that day and maybe not for life.
