  • I have lived here for 5 months and I can't say I will be renewing my lease. This place is just average and lacks customer service. I've been told management changes quite enough around here to ever have an impact. So far I have seen two property managers on site in the last 5 months. This is definitely a smaller complex. They only staff (1) property manager, (1) maintenance person, and (1) courtesy patrol. The courtesy patrol is kinda of a mystery as I have yet to met the guy. This is important because sometimes we get a lot of wanderers in this part of town and lighting isn't the greatest so you need someone to oversee the area especially on the weekends. 5 being the best LOCATION: 4/5 close to everything NOISE: 3/5 luckily I don't have loud neighbors MAINTENANCE:2.5/5 a/c units are old, needs more lighting at parking lot laundry room transaction machine broken often entry door does not seal, trash in apt constantly pool down for 1.5 months SAFETY: 3/5 NEIGHBORHOOD 3/5 GROUNDS: 2/5 lots of dogs around OFFICE STAFF:2.5/5 FLOOR PLAN (1bdrm): 3/5 I like vinyl floors, and tile, closets need more shelves or rods, tiny bathroom, very little natural light, small kitchen barely enough for one person, lot of gaps and crevices available for critters. I'm dealing with a roach problem
