I would give zero if possible. Bought a table from here last weekend. Was looking for something very specific and in 30 minutes decided to purchase something i THOUGHT would match my existing set. The store rep ran my card and THEN gave me a pick up order and MapQuest directions to some sketchy area where their warehouse was located. At no point before he ran my card did he inform me I had to go pick it up from a different location OR that they had a non refundable policy. He didn't even give it to me to read on my own! Both store and customer service only commented it was their policy and I should have read it. Would have been nice if I had even been given the opportunity. Now I'm almost $200 out on a piece of furniture I can't use. They wouldn't even offer a store credit to make up for their crappy uninformative rep. Obviously just out to make a buck. No wonder it's called conn's.
