  • What a joke! I discovered I have a small gas leak in my house (but I don't know where) so I called Chas Roberts to have them come find and repair it. I fully explained the situation and they sent someone out. He came and asked me what the problem is. I explained everything I had before and he called the dispatcher. He came back and said $389. I said to find and fix the leak? ok. He said, "No, to find out if there's a leak." I said, "What if you hook up the pressure cap and find that there's no leak?" He said, "$389" How do they do business like that?
