| - AVOID THIS PLACE. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO TO ANY OTHER NAIL PLACE!!!!
First, extreme bad customer service. I made an appointment for a mani-pedi and when I got there they had me with my feet soaking for about 30 minutes because they take more customers than they should. So, you have to wait until someone finishes another customer.
Once the lady came to start my pedicure, she also started to soak my nails to remove my gel polish in my hands. Meanwhile she is removing my gel from my toes. I clearly stated that I wanted regular polish for my toes this time and at least 5 times she insisted on gel polish...I said no! She started my pedicure and my nails had been soaking in pure acetone for more than 15 minutes. I tell her if she can please check my nails because it's starting to burn, she says not yet. Continues with the pedicure and about 5 minutes later I ask again to check my nails. She does and tells me I need more time, when I can see the polish came off. I tell her to take care of my nails and then continue with my pedicure because I'm uncomfortable. After 2 negatives she finally does with a terrible attitude. She finished and goes back to the pedicure and when she is about to start putting the polish I ask her if she is going to scrub my heels. She says no, that I didn't get the service that includes that. Of course I did.
When she realized she screwed up and actually she has to do my heels, she blamed me for distracting her when I asked her to take care of my nails, so "I took her out of her routine". Therefore, she was forgetting to scrub my heels. Really, just one after another.
At the end, I just wanted to pay and leave. I'm thinking I won't tip her after such a terrible service. However, when it comes time to pay they clearly ask if you want to tip. I really wanted to say NO, but the lady with the bad attitude came to stare at me while I had to make the decision. Talk about peer pressure.
