I arrived here really late due to my delayed flight. I was super hungry and the only thing that was still open was the Seasons. The waitress was super nice and helpful. We asked her a bunch of question and she answered all of them. We asked a lot of tourist-y stuff since it was my first time in Canada. She was even nice enough to leave the restaurant and got me us a bunch of brochures and a map. She took time to actually show us where we were and stuff. This was def not her job but she was really nice. I wish I remembered her name so she can get credit for this review.
I got room 514 - when you walk in, it felt like a closet but when you turn it was very spacious! It gave me a shock when I walked in the room. I got the corner room, the rooms is very nice. I liked the huge windows on the corners with a mini balcony that you can't go into and of course you cannot forget the heavenly beds =) and super duo rainforest-like shower heads at westin hotels.
I wish this hotel offered freee wi-fi but they did have a business center with two computers that you can access to your emails easily. You can also print without a charge. *thumbs up
My only main CON with this hotel was the location. I always stick with starwood hotels since I am loyal fan. I picked this hotel because of the availability and thinking that the location was close to downtwon but it is not. Thishotel is outside of downtown Toronto. To get to Downtown, you would have to take the bus and the subway. It's about 35-45 mins commute. You would need $3 exact change or purchase a token. There is a small convenient store that sell token near the hotel. They don't advertise that they sell tokens though so that was a little tricky. One of the FD staff told us about it. We basically got one free token instead of giving exact $3.
If you want a quiet comfortable place to stay then this is your bet!
