  • Well I didn't have such a great experience with TGE Hair, I was looking for hair for a client, I was referred by a former student of mine.( Oh by the way I'm a 30 plus yrs. cosmetologist.) I went to the store with intensions on purchasing hair, cost wasn't a factor, just high quality hair. The customer service experience was horrible, the young lady servicing me was a bit extreme selling her hair, but that fine it's her job to sell. I found the hair the young lady offered me to sample/check out was extremely dry and shedding, my concern was all the hair this way? When she told me they shampoo all their hair that drew my concern as well. When asked to see what I would be possibly buying, I was told I could only see it if I was going to purchase it. Ok that's fine, but its a NO Return Policy on purchases. So how do I know the quality of the hair, when they show you bad hair. The young lady sitting at the register, was soooooooo rude I walked out of the store, with intensions never ever to go turn. They lost a great sale, I spent 800.00 dollars on hair, I'm and educator so all my students and friends could have very well been potential customers. But oh well I guess they don't need my money.
