  • I finally managed to get to Donut King early enough that they were actually open with donuts in the case. Every other time it seemed to be later in the day when the sign was already on the door saying that the donuts were gone, see you tomorrow. After getting home and tasting the donuts, I was glad I had stopped in. Sampled the following, chocolate frosted, glazed and sour cream. Check, check, and check. They were quite delicious with nice texture and plenty of sugary goodness. All that said, I will not be a regular visitor but it has everything to do with not wanting to go up a pants size and nothing to do with the quality of Donut King's donuts. When I'm in the mood however... Let's just say Dunkin Donuts can kiss my trying not to get too big butt!
