  • Two stars only because the customer service and installers are good. Unfortunately, the water softener is a total piece of junk. It was bought at Lowes, and installed and serviced by ameriflow. Beware the warranty does not include an $85 " service charge " anytime warranty service needs to be done. I had to pay this charge four times on a $1000 system. In the two years I've had this system it has never worked properly. Just had service out again, so hopefully it will work the way it is supposed to.
