  • Great location. Pharmacy is officiant. In the store evening time their is a female blonde I do not know her name she has a non color tattoo on her arm. This person has zero customer service skills. I explained to her that I work on the Strip and our corporation is participating in a back to school supply drive. The week prior I purchased 8 backpacks that are now on sale I asked if I could get a price adjustment and put the credit toward an additional school supply purchase. Employee proceeds to agree with me explaining they do not do that. She finally said would call her manager just walked away I found her at the photo counter she had a rude flip demeanor. She finally did the price adjustment adding credit to a new purchase, prices on items were ringing in correct finally she went to check the price and it was incorrect she would not apologize she was so put out. She needs to understand that the consumer should be treated with a little bit more finesse, there could of not been one ounce of any customer satisfaction training given to her! Consumer beware with facing any compassion or if you want to get a gander of horrible customer service vist this Walgreens . Decatur & 215 in Costco parking lot.
