  • Walked in at 12:39, one person in front of me, no one at counter, 5 employees in kitchen. No one greeted me, or others that walked in after me. Customer ordered at 12:43 and order taker went back to kitchen, after saying I'll be with you. 12:47, took my order in a harried fashion. Seems that the order taker also has to distribute sandwiches. Not very ed efficient, in my mind, at least at lunch time.
