set up an appt online, got to the store 10 minutes early, said it would be another 1/2 hour, went to target, came back 1/2 hour later and they said there was 2 more people in front of us and it would be awhile longer. now when we first got there the manager RJ and one of his sales reps were helping 2 pretty girls, 45 minutes later the 2 of them were still helping the 2 girls...overhearing the conversation, it was just to upgrade phones, also, they still didn't get to the 2 people in front of us...we were there to bundle Direct TV as well as switch from Sprint. waited another 20 minutes and walked out. Why. bother allowing people to set appointments if they're going to ignore you anyway... still going with AT&T but definitely not at this location!
