  • I will never use this location to store my things again. I was given a quote for a special that was going on in April and turns out what was conveyed to me wasn't what I agreed to. There is defiantly a language barrier I feel led to this unfortunate situation with the employee Armando. When I questioned him about the agreement he appeared not to have time to talk about my concerns and blowed me off as if I was unable to comprehend the agreement when it was actually a lack of understanding his English grammar. All and all I wasn't happy with the service I got from Armando and I feel like I was ripped off after being promised a deal that didn't even exists.
