| - I love this place! I would recommend this clinic to anyone. I switched to this clinic after numerous bad experiences with another animal hospital, so I was looking specifically for a place with compassionate vets and reasonable prices (and good reviews, of course - I saw mostly positive reviews on vetratingz.com).
The front desk staff were very nice, and when they promise to call back for followup (with test results, to confirm that a prescription is ready, etc.) they do it promptly within the time frame they say to expect.
I have only met Dr Kate Gyselinck so far, and she was very kind and patient. She got down on the floor to examine my dog (not all vets do this, some make the dogs go up on the *scary metal table* which you may know makes them *freak out*...) She took the time to explain my dog's illness and treatment options, and never gave me the sense that I was asking too many questions or that she may have other appointments waiting.
The vets at this clinic work on salary so there is absolutely no pressure from the vets for you to do expensive treatments. They are understanding if you don't feel comfortable or aren't able to spend massive amounts of money on your pet's health care. Their goal is to treat both you and your pet as their clients, whom they need to work with and to satisfy.
The prices are reasonable here. Honestly, I haven't done a lot of comparative price shopping, but they were 2 to 5 dollars lower than my previous vet on common items like antibiotics and blood sample collection. My previous vet was definitely on the overpriced side, so this place ranks as average on price.
The energy at this clinic is fantastic. I am happy to have found a vet office that I trust; I'll be sticking with these guys long-term.
