I had 2 prescriptions called in here following a surgery. I needed them for the following morning and was told they would call when they were ready. First off, their hours are ridiculous: 10-6. So working a 9-5 I had to take time off of work to even get out there. After waiting until 1pm the following day to call and see what was going on, they told me it still wasn't ready - no ETA, no explanation of why it was taking so long. I waited until the following day and still no call. I finally went in and they filled it right there, so clearly they had everything they needed to do it. They said they were "busy" and that was why it took so long. I've worked in a pharmacy before and there is no excuse for it to take 2 days without warning the customer. Thank heaven I was able to get a few samples from the hospital (after having to argue with them because I had to explain that this place obviously wasn't going to fill it in time for my next scheduled dosage). So fair warning: if you must go here and it's an emergency, make sure you talk to a doctor about getting enough to tide you over until they decide to fill it!
