  • Been going to this gym for the past three years and they recently changed management. They promised they were going to revamp the place (fix broken dumbbells, treadmills, cables, etc.) and it seems like more stuff has broken in the past three months than it has in the past three years. The bathrooms are always disgusting (toilets covered in Lord knows what) and you have to ask the staff to clean it. They don't notify old clients of changes, so I showed up today not being able to get in the facility because they changed the key access. If you're going to do that then at least send an email so your customers aren't locked out. Two members of my family pay a lot of money for 24 access to a facility we can't even get in. Really hoping this place gets its stuff together
