  • Visited this branch location for the last time today! One teller at the window and 6 other employees just hanging around! Not a hello or greeting from anyone to acknowledge my presence. Meanwhile.. I am left standing there with cash in hand to deposit. The teller working finished a transaction with the customer standing in front of her window, yet she continued to engage in personal conversation knowing full well I was standing there waiting to conduct a transaction. Seven pairs of eyes on me, yet no one bothered to assist. Unbelievable! Needless to say, I walked away pissed for wasting my time. Then had to waste MORE time traveling to and waiting in line at another branch. Lazy lazy people at this branch who did nothing for me today.
