| - I am currently updating my review on the horrid service I received at an amazing lash studio. The studio takes no ownership of poor service or abusive Lash technicians. I just left my visit there in tears. The tech glued some lashes to my bottom lash which is typically normal but not when it's specifically just to the bottom and not even on the top lash. The tech decided to pluck them with tweezers and I'm talking about actually tweezing my bottom lashes out. When I tried to sit up she shoved my head down numerous times and not for safety reasons. When I told the manager Torri about my horrible experience and keep in mind I have been going to them numerous times and I've only had one other poor experience but I decided to give them another shot. When explaining the situation she decides to blame me and charge me for a full set when I was there for a refill. She was very rude and said that I was being threatening because I asked for the owners contact information. Her response changed the second time I asked her can I please have the contact information of the owner, with, "he knows all about you"! needless to say I left without the owner's contact information and with a basic corporate number. I'm also leaving with neck pain, left eye with an entire outer corner missing Lashes and irritated inner eye from having lashes plucked out with tweezers. Ladies do not come here the staff is rude, The front desk girl (Caitlin? ) although, semi knowledgeable, rolls her eyes and has a very unwelcoming attitude when you open the front door. The entire time you're getting your lashes half the staff are complaining that they only get paid $10 an hour and very seldomly even get their overtime. Which, I have met the owner before and he was very nice and very welcoming so I hope he is able to maintain his business with the staff who runs wild and talks poorly about customers, the employees and owner. It would also be nice if staff was required to sanitize or wash their hands before putting lashes on the eyes so you didn't have to smell whatever they had last eaten the whole time your lashes are being done. There are plenty of other places in town to get your lashes I would not take the risk of this location until the owner hires and gets new staff that aren't just facebooking, eating food and taking selfies at the front desk and ignoring you.
If, you have to go to this location they're only two staffers there, I would trust; Melinda & Jemiqca.
Negative reviews are not my thing but this was an extreme experience that I felt had to be shared.
