  • Like others I was sent here by my home warranty company. I figured I'd give them a chance despite bad reviews. Anyways they showed up on time, as scheduled. This was on a Friday. Once they showed up they diagnosed my problem as a bad compressor on my AC unit. They told me the warranty company would "probably" cover it, but not without a coil cleaning on my unit. The cost of that? $1500 because they have to rent a crane. After Friday I had to wait for them to contact my home warranty company to give them their report so the home warranty company could decide on what they'd cover. I called Chilly Willy's every day up until Wednesday and received no calls back. Even my home warranty company said they were impossible to get a hold of. Apparently the place is closed on weekends now, but even on the weekdays no one answers the phone and they don't return messages. The place is unbelievably unprofessional. When they showed up at my house they arrived in a truck that was rented from Home Depot. As far as the $1500? Well while waiting for them to contact my company I got a second opinion. The honest contractor said explained a crane is unnecessary and that it sounds like they are trying to take advantage.
