  • I have lived in 4 states and more houses/apartments than I can count. This was by far the WORST. Great location, but way overpriced for the actual place. Also, the girls in the front are terrible to deal with. There was constantly trash everywhere, the water was never hot in the apartment, the hallways are covered and the trash would sit in there for days making it smell awful!!, staff in the office is terrible about updating information. I was almost towed due to this! Even in a 2 bedroom, you only get one spot and have to pay 75$ for the second spot. They do not give any warning that you are nearing the time when you must give a 60 day notice so most people miss it and then have to owe extra. They are alllll about money. The girl in the office messed up on our move out date and told us the wrong date for move out so I had to pay my first weeks rent at Palladium and at my new apt. It was absolute hell. The apts are so noisy, I had to take Benadryl to sleep at night. I could hear every move of the people above me. The carpets were disgusting and the amenities were just okay. We got a bill 1.5 months later saying we still owed more money! It is just ridiculous..... Never. Again.
