Worst pedicure ever.
The tubs were absolutely disgusting -- grimy and gooey at the bottom. The massage chairs had probably not been wiped off with a cleaner in years. I wouldn't be surprised at all if the utensils hadn't been sterilized after their prior use. And worst of all, my leg broke out in a bloody rash from the cheap exfoliating scrub they used.
The service was ridiculous. The female nail tech near the front (possibly the owner?) ushered me and my friend in, promising that there'd be no wait on pedicures and that we'd be finished at the same time. She did not mention that there was only one person doing pedicures and that he was "on break"...? We waited with our feet dunked in lukewarm water in those moldy tubs for like a half hour before anyone even showed up.
We had some chatty guy do our pedicures. Honestly, I'm not a fan of male nail techs. Period. This guy kept engaging us in conversation, even when I made it abundantly clear to him that I wanted to enjoy my friend's company, not his. However, he seemed to find amusement in all of this and took it on as a challenge or something. He kept trying to insert himself into our conversation. Ugh.
Dirty, unprofessional, and trashy.
This place does not belong in Summit Mall, especially not occupying that grand floor space in a prime location.
