  • I had been meaning to check this place out. I pass by it everyday on my from work and back. I looked it up on yelp and notice all the good reviews. A couple of days ago, I was in distress over a personal situation and I was in the area. I recalled from their Yelp page, that it would be opening for the day shortly. I pulled up and waited. I hoped that if I were there right at opening time, I wouldn't require an appointment. I called exactly at 9am. I honestly think the number on the Yelp page belongs to one of the employees personal phone. When I called, the phone was not answered in a professional manner. Honestly, for a minute, I thought I'd called the wrong number, the person whom answered sounded as if she'd just woken up. I finally had to ask, if I'd called the correct number. The woman whom I spoke to, seemed put off, by my asking if I could be seen right at opening time. Unfortunately, I never got her name, but she said that it would be impossible, that It would be required for me to make an appointment. I explained to her, that I completely understood but that I was sitting outside hoping I could just walk in and be attended to. She answered my question in an extremely bothered tone. She said I couldn't just walk in and be seen, that I had to make arrangements. So, what I made out from this interaction is, they don't really open, unless they have customers scheduled to come in. It seem to me, they're not interested in making any business. Their yelp page and the sign they have on their door about business hours is, extremely misleading. I hope, they do make changes so, this doesn't happen to someone else.
