  • I usually love chipotle, but I will never go to chipotle again after this. I ordered online. I got 4 meals and chips and salsa. 2 of my meals were missing meat/beans and the chip bag was basically empty. We went back and dealt with the manager Bre. She basically laughed when I asked for the food to be remade and for a refund due to the inconvenience. I've never dealt with such bad costumer service, especially from a manager.
