| - If you are military, stay far away from this gym. They tell you when you sign up that if you get deployed, its no problem to cancel. That is untrue. I sent the gym a letter saying I was deploying, they told me I had to write their parent company in Utah. I wrote that company, who called and said they needed my orders. I sent my orders and thought the matter was settled. Six months into the deployment, I started getting voicemails from a collection agency. I called the parent company to find out what was going on, and somehow they claimed they never received my orders. Very fishy. I then resent my orders to the same address in Utah, three weeks went by, and I got another voicemail saying I owed them money. I called back, they confirmed they got my orders and that my orders show I had been deployed for six months, but they didn't care. Since they claim they didn't get my orders the first time, they forced me to pay for the entire six months I have been in Afghanistan. Total scam. Worst company I've ever had to deal with in regards to the military. Customer service was rude and would not allow me to speak to a supervisor. Stay far away from this place.
