  • Have had a nightmare with a local company, I got a referral to come to Chandler hot tubs. I arrived at 245 during open business hours to see a hand written sign on the door be back st 3:30. I've now waited till 4:10 and hour an half during open business hours. Bad news for them I'm hear to actually buy one. Good news for me the wasted time is all I'll be wasting on this company. Before I left I called the Phoenix location to ask if they could help, she said oh yes Tom is supposed to be working today. I said could you help me out and see if Tom is on his way back? She says well I can call the store. Haha. Well I had called 3 times think h he may be napping in one of those beautiful spas. Awesome work Desert Hot Tub's. I'll continue my search for a spa elsewhere.
