Excellent restaurant, impeccable dining experience.
I was awed the moment I walked into Mix -from the lavish dining room furniture to the perfect placement of lighting to set the mood. All of the employees that work inside Mix are very friendly and greet you the moment you take that elevator ride up to the top floor. You just get that V.I.P. feeling when you enter the restaurant.
Yes, prices are on the high side, but this part of the 'experience.' The $90 entrees were a bit to expensive for my taste so we opted to go with the $30-$40 dollar range to see what that would get us. I ordered the chicken on couscous and the GF ordered the Wagyu beef stew. Both dishes were full of flavor and satisfying.
The bread basket with 6 different types of bread is extremely fancy.
The $8,900 dollars per bottle of wine menu is definitely something to tell your friends about.
Servers randomly approach your table and deliver you dishes with the warm message: "this is straight from our kitchen and is ON the house" Class Act, right there.
I will return someday
