Doctor Banh was very friendly and got to the point quickly. She suggested using regular contacts rather than the toric ones I was using for my astigmatism because it's slight which saved a decent amount of money. They have a mixture of new and experienced staffers so despite the fact that the first staffer did not apply my insurance correctly, Anita stepped in and fixed it. Finally, they have a very good online appointment application which sent me an email, text, and phone call reminder but when I got in, I had to wait over 20 minutes anyways which defeated the purpose of making an appointment in the first place. Granted, some of the time was used to fill out a personal info sheet, but I filled it out with the same info from last year's appointment. It's a good place to get your prescription filled, but have some business logistics to straighten out.
