I just recently bought a sofa table from Ashley Furniture Homestore and it was the worst experience I have ever had with a furniture store. We picked up the table from the warehouse and brought it home to assemble. One of the drawers is cracked all the way across the bottom. It took 30 minutes for me to reach customer service after being routed twice from the store on Bell. I am then told by customer service that a technician will arrive in a week to attempt to repair the unit to "like new". That is unacceptable. I purchased a NEW table, not a "like new" table. I have furnished my home with Ashley Homestore but now it's time to find another place to shop!!
