  • you'd think it's the first starbucks people will be greeted by coming into Cleveland that they'd do a better job hiring people that actually acted like they liked their jobs. I was greeted by 3 females this morning. all with an attitude, not a single one made eye contact like they were talking to the wall as they took your order, they all whispered as if their kids were sleeping, not a single thanks or you're welcome. terrible. all they did while I was in line was complain about the chick the closed the previous night. the closer must have been terrible if these 3 duds were complaining about her.
