  • Courtney lies about everything. She is very stupid and incompetent. She sent me paperwork that had dates crossed off, wrong dates on other lines, it was a piece of garbage. I couldn't believe she coukd be a manager with having intelligence of a 10 year old. Then I found out her mother is the owner. It's easy to sue in small claims court and get all your money back, serve the owner Diane Creasing and serve also together the name Courtney Creason. It will cost you an hour or 2 off work but you will win all your money back and more so it's a better way to handle it. Do not argue with a 10 year old, you will get a juvenile answer. The maintenance staff is a joke and will make up every excuse not to fix your home. Steer clear of this incompetent company.
