  • If only I could sufficiently warn perfect strangers about this company, and pay a fee to get my message across in the process, I would do it. This company has it's head up their rear end. Be forewarned if you do anything, be it add change or delete services - this company is on automatic pilot, You will get friendly service representatives to sooth your sudden blood pressure spikes, And yes, they mean well. But even if you monitor the promotion deadlines, watch your own ass as the saying goes, they will do everything, EVERYTHING to phuck you over. This is apparently a company policy with Century Link. I cannot begin to describe my frustration with this company. It has nothing to do with 200 channels and recording crap you will never watch. Let me just say this. Get yourself an antenna. You can stream everything else you want from your computer. I got a device that transmits everything from your computer to any tv in your house. At a later date, I will document my frustrations with this company. As we speak, for me it is just too much to deal with. They have such placating service representatives, and nothing happens the way they suggest. It is just a total disaster. Be forwarned!
