| - Talk about very unique place with personality all its own. Gabi Coffee & Bakery definitely takes coffee, pastry, and lounging with friends to another level. It was on the last stop for cuz foodie tour. We still had enough room to try some of the desserts. I got the Tiramisu and one of my cousins for the Tofu Cheesecake. The Tofu cheesecake sounded interesting and looks great. It fell short for me on taste. Maybe it because tofu base but lack overall depth in flavor. I was expecting something not as heavy like traditional cheesecake. But something that would give it something stands out. I would not order that again. The Tiramisu was solid. I like the Gabi logo or think the logo on top. One dessert would order again.
My drink ordered the iced blended macha. I love the look with the top macha powder and the chocolate syrup look on the side. It had nice strong macha flavor. Perfect refreshing iced drink on vegas summer day.
The star of the show is the interior and the vibe inside. Talk about hard to find if not looking for it. I know read some reviews that there is one window that has the name and hours. But really if driving by never been could easily pass it. The main thing is look for Hobak in the same small shopping mall off spring mountain. Stay good. Parking can be a problem depending on the time of the day go. But if go around the building am sure find spot. The whole Gabi Coffee & Bakery experience starts from the moment you open the door. It feels and looks more like huge sliding door open in warehouse. Once you open the door it something that blew my mind. It has this warehouse vibe HUGE high ceilings look up, greenhouse concept in the middle (the bakery, make the coffee, and all the magic happens in it), walk around looking for all these literally random spots chill with family or friends hang out, and really almost insane think most part every chair is different. Diversity not even chairs my cousins was chilling in bird cage, one spot with swing set (we wanted but was taken), and this huge asian stair case that had random people chilling at on different levels. Think about it place that can chill over coffee, book, or pastries. Never see the same thing twice for sure. The prices are not cheap cheap but reasonable. If looking for unique coffee spot in Vegas this is the one need to check out.
