  • First two cleanings went great!! On 5/16/2015 the service came and did a less than acceptable job. I immediately emailed the company with the concerns (Stove not cleaned, fridge not wiped down, bathrooms not complete including the tubs not cleaned, dirt between my couch and rugs, sliding glass door not wiped down). I never received a response back until today when I tracked down Armin on the phone. He told me that they couldn't come and clean again without charging me. I understand that it has been a week but if they had responded on the 16th or 17th there would not be an issue. Disappointed that they don't respond to complaints and won't work to solve the problem. Great service until you have a complaint. Moving onto the next company out of 100's in the valley.
