| - I stayed here one night. The place had a lot of transients roaming about. During the day it was extremely noisy. I could hear the family in the next room having conversations and their two yappy dogs. I actually found myself responding mentally to what they were discussing. There were shady-looking, white-trash vagabonds talking outside my door, car doors slamming, loud bass booming, kids screaming, housekeeping, etc. Overall the room was clean and modern-looking with updated bathroom fixtures and a flat-screen tv mounted to the wall. The room I reserved was supposed to be a queen bed but it looked like a full size. The bed didn't have any blankets or quilt on it, just sheets and this thin wanna-be duvet looking thing that was as thick as another sheet. Needless to say, it was freezing. The room smelled like an old, musky dishrag that had been masked with a can of Lysol. I was worried about the transients once night came, but to my surprise I was never bothered, my door was never pounded, my car was not broken into and it was pretty quiet. The front desk manager was courteous and even called my room an hour after checking in to see if everything was okay with the room. I doubt I'd stay here a second time, though.
