  • I've lived at Monte Viejo for 4 years. I'll have to plagerize what Mike J said, although I found MOST of the front office staff to be fabulous with the exception of Jason. All maintenance tickets are promptly taken care of. All employees are professional. The grounds are kept clean. Very rarely do I hear other TV's or other neighbors unless they're in the common walk ways. Yes, parking is horrendous (for visitors), but what apartment community has steller parking?
