  • I see all the bad reviews here so I won't be too long winded: all complaints are valid. Treatments for roaches don't work. We also moved in with the place being pretty disgusting: their solution to "cleaning" was just painting over the disgusting mess the prior tenant left. Great for roaches, right!? Lol roaches everywhere. I want to add that our appliances are outdated and maintenance staff have come and gone. Nothing has changed. Dryer still sucks and draining my wallet. Now the fridge is going out. Dishwasher sucks and the sink drains into it causing the most foul smell ever. I had to fix that by plugging off the garbage disposal drain. Didn't want to waste my time with maintenance on that issue because they don't know their a** from their elbow. All in all, steer clear. There are better places out there. *photos are from when we moved in: paint over dead roaches and their poop* Update: our fridge has been between 50-60 degrees today, all day, and I was told our repair request was not urgent. I hope they reimburse us for our food that is going to spoil tonight.
