This flea market is meeting its downfall in 2018.
Vendor booth prices have continued to sky-rocket every year with no given explanation as to why or what this money is being used for. Pricing: $300 for a 10X10 space for seven hours is insane. Chicago has many two day markets with triple the crowd and is $125 for a 10x20 for TWO DAYS.
The public admission fee started last year--originally initiated as a "fund" to help keep vendors booth prices from rising each year." 2018 season rolls around: "fund" is gone and prices have risen. No explanation from Stephanie, the owner. She claims this market is a "small business incubator" but how can any small business start and blossom when these costs are so outrageous?
